Son: Do you know, 90 per cent of marriage break-ups is caused by money?

I hope we make up the 10 per cent!
Money mentioned in that statement quite obviously refers to the shortage of money.
But I cannot help but think that an excessive surplus of money may also lead to a
marriage break-up? There are important ingredients that make up a healthy marital relationship which money cannot buy?

Money plays quite an important part no doubt. But a lot also depends on the couple's level of communication, commitment and the views regarding relationships are suppose to be.

i think you should aim for 0%, ie. no break-up, because in a marriage break-up, there are no winners, only different degrees of losing.
