What I just heard,
a company gave away mothers' day cards to prisoners and the response was overwhelming. Ecouraged by that, the same company decided to give away fathers' day cards but there was very poor response.
Why was that? Bearing in mind what I heard over the radio that the modern day father only spends 10 minutes a day bonding with his kids, could this be the reason?

All I can say is that at least the modern day father spends some time bonding with his kid. It's probably not working beacause the olden days father never spent time bonding with his children (because he was out slogging the whole day and night to bring home the bread and bacon), and now these kids, without that bonding from days yonder, dont feel close to the dad at all!

errr...if u ask me..who spends more time with the kids..I would say mothers..even though both are working..Some chores , the fathers expect the mothers to do it..and that is what i hate..

I would bet that a lot of prisoners had very little time with their father.
My kids wish they had less time with me sometimes. :P
