Son: I am the only reliable friend he has.

Yesterday, the telebanker wanted to upgrade my credit card. She wanted my mother's name.

What came to mind very clearly at that moment was my mother-in-law's full name instead.

It took me a few minutes to recall my own mother's name.

Anyway, I m so glad that banks recognise mothers enough to require this information, don't you think so?

driving licence

Man to wife: You'd better check your driving licence. Mine has just expired without me

realising it.

Wife , after checking, exclaimed: Mine shows it expired one year ago!
